Sigurjón is an engineer who has worked for Samorka for 7 years, he has extensive experience with district heating utilities and climate change matters in general. Prior to working with Samorka Sigurjón was a design engineer in the field of district heating and energy. Sigurjón was also an auxiliary member of parliament and worked as a political appointee in the Icelandic welfare ministry.
