Páll Erland is the Managing Director of Samorka the federation of energy and utility companies in Iceland. Since the year 2001, Páll has worked in various parts of the energy sector in Iceland, in both power and utility companies. Páll Erland was Chief Executive Officer of ON Power 2014-2017. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Utilities at Reykjavik Energy from 2005-2012 and Managing Director of Power Plants and Sales 2012-2013. He holds an MBA in economics from Rockford College Graduate School.
