Having worked in the UK retail sector for 15 years, covering many disciplines including logistics, operations, marketing and business development Nic branched out into the Energy sector in 2012. With a rich background in design thinking and co-creation principles, Nic’s initial focus was on building stronger relationships and experiences for residential customers. Focusing on the megatrends of decentralization and decarbonization Nic then spent the next three years working with a small team building the strategy for the emerging City Energy Solutions business both in the UK and Internationally. Her focus is now on the further development of the City Energy Solutions business, with specific responsibility for shared learning and co-operation on decentralized energy projects within the E.ON Group.
