Adrian Foghis is currently the manager of the Oradea Metropolitan Area.  She holds a degree in economics and is a former UNU GTP student (2016).

Her areas of expertise are public administration & and project management for public investments.

She has over 15 years experience in elaboration, implementation and monitoring EU funded projects at the local and regional level in Romania.
